The Mysteries contain, within their formulas and teachings, the key to the science which will unlock the mystery of electricity—the greatest spiritual science and area of divine knowledge in the world, the fringes of which have only just been touched. Only when the Hierarchy is present visibly on Earth and the Mysteries of which the disciples of the Christ are the Custodians are given openly to the world, will the true secret and nature of electrical phenomena be revealed.1

There are very compelling scientific indicators that the true secrets and true nature of electrical phenomena are becoming known. There exists, however, resistance within the scientific community to the veracity of the new revelations concerning electrical phenomena. Mainstream science is endeavoring to hold on to the Newtonian conception that gives gravity the central role in the observed mechanics of the Universe. Doing so requires the invention of all sorts of mechanisms that are not observed in nature but that are necessary to uphold the central role assigned by the theory of gravity, irrespective of observed contradictions.

In place of gravity, space age exploration and data compilation reveal the central role of electrical phenomena, together with a greater understanding of what electricity is and how it functions across vast distances in space, and in time, in understanding the Universe. The Universe is electrical.

Nearly 100 years ago, Albert Einstein redefined Sir Isaac Newton's gravitational model of physics. Einstein combined the three measurable physical dimensions of space with the additional dimension of time which became popularly known as the "space-time” continuum. This was the foundation of relativity theory that became the accepted standard of scientific truth for the remainder of the Twentieth Century.

The mainstream consensus is that approximately 13.7 billion years ago, the Universe began with a primordial explosion called the Big Bang. This theoretical event created a vast cloud of particles, from which galaxies, stars, planets, and all other celestial bodies eventually formed, under gravitational influences. In this conception, all of space is an inert "vacuum" in which electricity plays no significant role.2

The vast majority of scientists, astronomers, astrophysicists and cosmologists continue to adhere to the older theory that is based upon the role of gravity, shunning the electrical phenomena that better explain the mechanics of the Universe. This is esoterically significant. This manifested resistance is similar to prior epochs of profound reactionary resistance to observed data. For instance, Galileo’s observed contradiction of the Ptolemaic conception of an Earth centric Universe, and the resistance he encountered. The present conundrum that involves shunning of the electric Universe in favor of holding onto a gravitationally driven Universe is quite similar.3

Two pioneers of the “electric Universe” accorded recognition by the present group of electric Universe proponents are Kristian Birkeland and Hannes Alfvén. Birkeland theorized that the earth's auroras are powered electrically by charged particles from the Sun. The scientific mainstream dismissed Birkeland's hypothesis, but in the early 1970's Birkeland was irrefutably validated when satellites detected in the auroras the magnetic signatures of electric currents (called Birkeland currents) tracing to solar activity.4

Hannes Alfvén further developed Birkeland's work, with a revolutionary model for the role of plasma in the cosmos. Alfvén and other plasma pioneers discovered that many space phenomena could be replicated in the laboratory in plasma experiments. These include the dense plasma focus, a plasma machine that produces, by electromagnetic acceleration and compression, short-lived plasma that is so hot and dense that it becomes a copious multi-radiation source. Whereas mainstream cosmologists rely on exotic, invisible, and internally inconsistent theoretical inventions to explain the "surprising" X-ray and radio emissions we observe in space, plasma cosmologists are able to reproduce these phenomena in a manner that exemplifies the scientific method. It is now known that all of space is permeated by plasma, which makes up over 99.9% of the visible Universe.5

Though the role of plasma in the Universe and its connection with electrical phenomena is known, its significance is not yet appreciated by the mainstream science community. This knowledge has not yet supplanted the adherence in the older and outmoded conception of a gravitationally driven Universe.

What are we to make of this current dichotomy in knowledge on one hand versus continued adherence in older norms on the other, from an esoteric perspective? Will greater adherence in the tenets of an electric Universe coincide with the recognition of the actuality of the return of the Christ? It might be worthwhile to ponder upon that inquiry by returning to the opening quotation (and its broader context) taken from The Reappearance of the Christ in conjunction with a review of The Electric Sky and The Electric Universe
